Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy By booking a service, you agree to the following terms: Rescheduling: You have up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled service to reschedule your booking at no additional charge. Cancellations: You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled service with no penalty. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your service, a $25 cancellation fee will apply. If an appointment is made the same day of the service and is canceled, the full service fee will be charged. All No-Shows will result in a full-service fee charge. Refunds: The $25 cancellation fee will be deducted from the paid service charge. Any remaining balance will be refunded, minus applicable taxes and payment processing fees (2.9% + $3). For example, if the service is $65 and the cancellation fee is $25, the remaining balance is $40, and the refund will be issued minus taxes and processing fees, typically between $30-35. No Future Services Without Payment: Any cancellation or no-show fees must be paid in full before booking future services. By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
